This week I had a very special guest join me in the studio, Mrs. Victoria Epps. She shared the very relatable and important story about her experience with a heart attack at 41.
She is a mother of four, at the time she was running a small business, going back to school as a part-time student and actively involved in the community and her children's activities.
Epps shares the experience of her sudden heart attack and how she learned that the stressors in her busy life were causing physiological effects on her body that she was now forced to deal with.
She survived a heart-attack and shares the importance of slowing down, taking the time for yourself and how mothers everywhere should not feel guilty when they need to prioritize themselves.
