Governor Kevin Stitt is planning to wait on making a final decision in the case of convicted murderer Julius Jones.

The Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma has accepted a 75 million dollar settlement with opioid manufacturers McKesson, Amerisourcebergen and Cardinal Health.
