Oklahoma City, OK – Authorities say traffic fatalities on state roads are down this year when compared to the same time in 2007.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 430 people have died this year in accidents on state roads. At the same time last year, there had been 459 such fatalities.
The OHP says 33 people have died in August on Oklahoma roads.
