This week's Community Focus was with City of Lawton's Communications and Marketing Manager, Caitlin Gatlin who shared details on the Lawton Citizen's Academy.
Gatlin explains that the Citizen's Academy is an annual program consisting of opportunities where participants get to tour and interact with various entities within the municipal government and have a behind-the-scenes look at the operations that help Lawton run effectively.
Gatlin says more about this in our episode that you can listen to above, and she provided the best ways for Lawton residents to stay up to date on all the info and events you need to know about.
She also shared that Lawton's city-wide trick-or-treating will be ON Halloween this year, as it falls on Sat. Oct 31st, so start getting those costume ideas ready.
