The Moving Sidewalks: Where The British Invasion Met Texas Blues
Before he became the guitarist for ZZ Top, Billy Gibbons was in a band called the Moving Sidewalks that just missed its shot at stardom. The album the Moving Sidewalks never released in the late 1960s was released in late 2012 and is very much a period piece, albeit a very well-made one.

At Trial, Witness Says Zimmerman Acted In Self-Defense
A key witness for the prosecution in the George Zimmerman trial took the stand on Friday. Neighbor John Good is the only person to have seen the fight between Zimmerman and 17-year-old Trayvon Martin. Zimmerman shot and killed Martin. Good testified it appeared Martin was on top of Zimmerman, straddling him and that Zimmerman was the person calling for help.

New Internet Suffixes Are The Web's Newest Frontier
The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers — or ICANN — announced Wednesday which companies or entities have applied to administer top level domains like ".google" or potentially ".drink." Some say it has implications for consumers because it could increase potential for Internet fraud.
