Deadly Shooting In Nairobi Mall
An upscale shopping mall in Nairobi is the scene of a deadly standoff. Kenyan armed forces are battling gunmen who stormed the Mall on Saturday. The Red Cross says at least 20 people have been killed. NPR's Gregory Warner is on the scene and he tells host Scott Simon the latest.

Bombings Kill Dozens Of Mourners At Baghdad Funeral
In Sadr City, a bombing attack has killed dozens of people, with the death toll continuing to rise Saturday. Multiple reports are citing at least 65 deaths in the attack, one of several in Iraq today.

Suicide Attack Strikes Church In Pakistan; Dozens Dead
