Lawton native PJAE’s American Idol Journey has concluded... But he’s not done with music. KCCU’s News Director Bekah Fountain caught up with PJAE to find out what’s next for him.

PJAE made it to the Top 26. He says his American Idol journey was fun, but there’s more on the horizon he’s excited about.

“From what I can say, I have more music coming, which is exciting to say, so that’s one thing that’s next. There’s more that I can’t necessarily share right now. But I think honestly I think a fresh attitude is the biggest thing.”

PJAE says he was touched by the support of the Lawton-Fort Sill Community.

“It was really awesome to kind of see the community band together and support me. It taught me a lot about community and my hometown honestly.”

PJAE will be coming home to Lawton in style by opening for LovelyTheBand and Andy Grammer on May 6th for SillFest.
