Oklahoma’s medical community is continuing its fight against the state’s plan to partially privatize Medicaid.

The Norman city council voted for a second time Tuesday to divert nearly a million dollars from its police department into accounts that could be used for social services.

Intrastate crowdfunding is now legal in Oklahoma after Governor Kevin Stitt signed Senate Bill 568 on Monday.
