COVID-19 is still circulating in Oklahoma prisons.

Union Public School's athletic department voted 24 to 3 to remove the name of their mascot, which is considered offensive and a racial slur.

Cameron University is hosting its second speaker for Academic Festival 11 – Connections: Information Transfer Between People – on Tuesday November 11th at 7:30pm in the Aggie Gym. Lynn Lancaster is an award winning teacher, trainer, writer, and expert commentator.

Gov. Kevin Stitt announced more details today regarding “Learn Anywhere Oklahoma,” a new initiative that will use the Governor’s Emergency Education Relief Fund to provide statewide access to digital content for both core classes and advanced coursework to students in kindergarten through grade 12. 

Oklahoma Attorney General Mike Hunter filed a brief with the Oklahoma Criminal Court of appeals on Monday to address concerns resulting from the McGirt decision.

Fall classes will resume in a matter of weeks for all of Oklahoma's universities. Cameron President Dr. John McAurther discusses Cameron University's plans for students returning to on-campus housing.
