Tulsa, OK – Democrat Andrew Rice is stepping up calls for another debate against incumbent Republican Senator Jim Inhofe.
The two men spoke before the State Chamber in Tulsa yesterday.
Rice says he thinks Inhofe is scared to debate him.
Inhofe says not much would be accomplished in another debate.
Various polls have Rice behind by as many as 13 points.
