Oklahoma City, OK – Voter registration applications are available at Oklahoma county election board offices, area tag agencies, public libraries and other locations for residents to fill out and mail in for consideration. Forms must be postmarked by midnight October 11 to qualify for voting in the November 5 General Election. On the ballot will be nine state questions, statewide elected office races, Congressional races, one U. S. Senate race, some Oklahoma House and Senate races plus local office races and issues in some areas. Residents may change address and name information as well as party affiliation on these forms.
